This week it's our summer special, where we share tips for some of the best adventure destinations for this summer. Helping us out is Nadine from 10Adventures.

We start off talking about Europe's top summer hiking trips, such as the Tour du Mont Blanc, Iceland's Laugavegur Trek, the Italian Dolomites, the Camino, and the Amalfi Coast.
We also share some tips to beat the summer crowds, like hiking in Triglav National Park, the Vanoise Loop, and the Picos de Europa.
We then talk about some of the best cycling destinations, like Irelands Ring of Kerry, the Dolomites, and along the Moselle River in Germany.
For North America, there is some great hiking in the Canadian Rockies, and some spectacular backpacking, such as the trip to Mount Assiniboine. There's' also some hiking up in Yukon and Alaska. Self-drive tours are also popular, such as this one in Quebec, another in Newfoundland and a third in the Canadian Rockies.
Looking South, you can check out the Inca Trail, Huayhuash, or Trekking in Ecuador.

This week we talk with Brad Bowers, who completed the Via Alpina Yellow in 2022. The Via Alpina is a series of long distance walks that goes through the Alps. there are five trails, each a different colour (Red Trail, Purpole Trail, Yellow Trail, Green Trail and Blue Trail).
Brad talks about his experience on the Yellow Via Alpina, which goes from Trieste in Italy to Obertsdorf in Germany. Along the way the trail goes through the Julian Alps, Carnic Alps, Dolomites, Ötztal Alps, Lechtal Alps and finally the Allgäu Alps.

This week is a special episode, as we hear from Jim Feeney who is currently biking over 10,000 miles around the perimeter of the continental US to raise money for the charity SBP.
Here about what it takes to spend a few months riding the perimeter of the Continental USA, as well as Jim's experience on rides like this. You'll also here how the Peloton community has rallied around Jim and supported him on this journey.
Finally, you'll hear about the great work SBP does, and Jim's involvement over the last decade. SBP rebuilds homes damaged or destroyed by disasters, and helps people in one of their greatest times of need.
